The following error observed in the CreateUpgradeLog.RTF file during the database upgrade from Argus Safety 5.0.2 to 5.1:

DROP INDEX ARGUS_APP.UNK_LMPL_PROD_LOT_NO;

SQL execution error, ORA-01418: specified index does not exist
