How To Migrate Legacy Account With Purchased Product With CMT Tool (Doc ID 1341285.1)

Goal

The goal is to create customer accounts with a product (ip/email service) using the CMT Tool. In the XML we are giving a dummy plan and Deal poid in the <PurPrd> element. We are not creating a plan and a deal in BRM, so a dummy poid is entered.

We observe that the account gets created in the BRM database with service information, but when viewing the product information on the plans tab in the customer centre, it is not visible.

Customer Center does not allow to create the account without a valid plan and BRM expects plan and deal info when the account is created. This is conveyed in the CMT_Subscribers.xsd file.

Question 1 - What is the work around or solution to load the Legacy account with purchased product in the situation where CMT tool is chosen for migrating legacy data?

Question 2 - It is understood that it is not possible to migrate purchased product from legacy system to BRM system without having valid deal and plan for the corresponding products.
Please suggest any alternative solution or work around to migrate purchase product into BRM System from legacy system without a deal and plan?
