11.5.10 in Production on Linux

PROBLEM

MSONEW fails out of memory
Plan ran fine yesterday and then today it fails.
The planners say that nothing much has changed.

Log file shows

APP-MRP-22086: mradfpalloc: Cannot allocate memory for fpalloc_trans

Cause: The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.
