On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), version, the Customer Center allows event adjustment that effectively refunds more than the charged amount.

Consider the below scenario:

1. Create an account with a cycle forward fee, say $30 per month, for May 4 - June 4.
2. Do a 100% event adjustment first then cancel the product after a few days on May 14,  and there is overcharge.
