It is helpful to identify some WIP related problems by examining the NA and POL files for the transaction in WIP. If the WIP transaction is stored in a database, the WIP data is compressed and stored in the WipData table. Since the data is compressed it cannot be read.. This article explains how to turn on debug settings in the IDS Documaker Bridge to produce the NA and POL files for trouble-shooting.
