Problem on EDR Counter Causing ccsCDRLoader Always Reporting 0 EDR

The ccsCDRLoader which is located in Service Management System (SMS) does not correctly report the number of processed Event Data Records (EDR), even though the ccsCDRLoader is actually processing the EDRs. The EDR counter is always reported as 0 which can falsely indicate that no EDRs have been processed.
The EDR counter is reported by ccsCDRLoader instance into /IN/service_packages/CCS/tmp/ccsCDRLoader.log, which can be seen as follows:
