When Navigating from Physical Meter to Meter Configuration the Physical Meter Link does not Work (Doc ID 1342888.1)

The Physical meter hyperlink does not work from the meter configuration screen. we would expect to be forwarded to the physical meter screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to MDM - Assets - Physical Meters and click search
2. select the first record [...]
3. click the [...] next to the first meter configuration record displayed below
4. Meter configuration record opens for this physical meter - click on History - Meter Configuration
5. Click on any record displayed in blue in the Physical Meter column
6. The link doesn't work and nothing happens.
