Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), after you create a new Batch in Batch Maintenance and add tasks that use the "RUN EXECUTABLE" component to the batch, the tasks are not displayed in the screen.  The tasks disappear and are missing.

The tasks execute a shell script and contain quotes.  For example, the following is in the 'Executable' row:

"/app/ofsaa72/stage/scripts/runproc/runproc.sh" ofsa_owner ofsaa_01 '2'

After defining the task with the information above, when you click on Save in the task creation window and return to the main Batch Maintenance screen, there are no tasks displayed under the Batch.  Instead, it says 'no data found'.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Operations > Batch Maintenance
2. Create a new Batch
3. Add a new task with the RUN EXECUTABLE component

The "Executable" row should contain a quote or quotes.

4. Save

When the screen returns to the main Batch Maintenance screen, no tasks are listed for the batch.
