Getting the following error when trying to save an existing reporting rule or create a new reporting rule:

Following exception has occurred: ORA-0001: unique constraint
(G001SCHEMA.PK_CMN_AUDIT_LOG) violated ORA-06512: at "G001SCHEMA.PKG_CONSOLE_UTIL", line 314 ORA-06512: at line 1


Steps to Repeat:
1. Log in to Argus Console
2. Update an existing reporting rule or create a new reporting rule
3. Save the Reporting Rule
4. Observe that it gives the following error message:
ORA-0001: unique constraint
(G001SCHEMA.PK_CMN_AUDIT_LOG) violated ORA-06512: at "G001SCHEMA.PKG_CONSOLE_UTIL", line 314 ORA-06512: at line 1
