Filenames of Attachments with Long File Names are Truncated (Doc ID 1344963.1)

Symptoms

The names of files attached to messages passing through the MTA are truncated to 128 characters.  When the file name is longer than 128 characters, characters are removed from the beginning of the file name.

The contents of the file are not altered, just the name of the file.
