Symptoms

When the cartridge created in DS 3.1.2, that contains SOAP DataAdapter/Instance, is imported into DS 3.1.3, it cannot be compiled and the following error is thrown:

"Task Model Error - At least one of the parameters soap.envelope, soap.body is mandatory in Data Instance"
