Pcm_Op_Cust_Set_Payinfo.Pin_Fld_Type not Working as Documented Way (Doc ID 1346071.1)

Symptoms

The business requirement :
Of the multiple payment methods (invoice, CC, and DD) set on the account, assign one of these payment methods as primary and all others as secondary.

Issue:
1) Referring to the Documentation for PCM_OP_CUST_SET_PAYINFO, the field PIN_FLD_TYPE is used to capture the Primary, Secondary payment type setting.
    But PIN_FLD_TYPE is not a storable field in /payinfo, so the field and value are ignored in the call.

2) The PCM_OP_CUST_SET_PAYINFO does not internally calls PCM_OP_CUST_SET_BILLINFO to set the /billinfo.PIN_FLD_PAYINFO_OBJ to point to the set Primary payment method.
