PFTBI RPD Cannot Connect To Essbase for Ledger Cubes (Doc ID 1346102.1)

When attempting to view members in PFTBI physical layer for Ledger folder, the following error occurs.

[NQODBC][SQL_STATE: HY0000][nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
[nQSerror: 43093] An error occurred while processing the EXECUTE PHYSICAL statement
Essbase Error: Network error [111] Unable to connect to [ip address]
The client timed out waiting to connect to Essbase Agent using TCP/IP
Check your network connections. Also make sure that server and port values are correct.

1. Navigate to Physical Layer Essbase Server PFTBI --> LEDGER-->PFTLDGFA --> View Members: DEPMTI01
2. Click on View members and found the above error.
3. Able to see members in PFTBI --> ACCPROF
