Save Does Not Commit The DCI_BOOK_PAGES Record To The Enhanced DCI Book Whole Protocol. (Doc ID 1347633.1)

Symptoms

User is not able to insert a record in DCI_BOOK_PAGES.
User receives a FRM-40400 but no records are displayed by application.
Table DCI_BOOK_PAGES doesn't contain the record.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a Flex Study
  2. Create a DCM
  3. Create a DCI
  4. Create a DCI Book
  5. Add the DCI to DCI Book.
  6. At this point the user receives the Forms Server message FRM-40400 but nothing is displayed.
