Error "Failed to parse calendar data for calendar: XXX. Default worktime will be used" in P6 Professional (Doc ID 1347762.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, or loading the EPS view, or running a job service against a project, the following error occurs.

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again.

or

Failed to parse calendar data for calendar: XXX. Default worktime will be used.

P6 login is still successful despite the error.

The following error also occurs in the <P6 EPPM home>\p6\WebAccessLogs\P6WebAccess.html log file:

com.primavera.PhoenixException: The blob to be decoded is in an invalid format near position: ###
