Argus Safety - Seriousness Indicators Are Not In Sync With E2b Case Updates (Doc ID 1347777.1)

Goal

In the initial E2B File, Seriousness criteria came in as Death, and Disability or Permanent Damage.   After accepting this initial E2B case in Argus, these indicators showed up correctly under, Case Form -> Analysis - > Case Summary -> Notes.

Looks like Argus is appending the case indicators and not changing the previous indicators.
