Information in this document applies to any platform.
In BRM documentation (chapter: BRM Documentation --> Setting Up Pricing and Rating --> Setting up discounting --> About discounts --> Determining if usage qualifies for discounting), the following information is published:
"Discounting does not evaluate charge packets that have either a usage quantity or charge amount that is 0, even if you configure the trigger to pass all EDRs".
So, it means if TotalQ or TotalC is zero, than the discount will not be applied.
However, a test was performed and observed that :
When TotalC is zero and TotalQ is not equal zero, the discount is applied.
Is this a bug or correct behaviour? If it is correct behaviour, the BRM documentation needs to be updated.
