=== ODM Question ===

The issue is whenever we use a “single quote”  in a customer name etc. we are getting a web server error and they can’t search or retrieve that customer. This occurs due to the fact that the single quotes or any such special characters are not masked in the HTTP header. We are using single sign on application called SITEMINDER which blocks out such characters which are considered CSS. We are using HTTPS.
