Symptoms
When loading a catalogue into HTB through E-Business Suite, the status of the request in the Concurrent Programs Request window is shown as a yellow warning symbol. When we click on the request, we get the following diagnostic:
The concurrent manager defined to process this request is not active in the current work shift. The request will not process within this work shift. Contact your system administrator to verify that the concurrent manager work shifts are defined correctly.
