Information in this document applies to any platform.
Beginning with Contract Management 13.0 Service Pack 5, Alerts are now refreshed globally, and not on a per-user basis. Alerts update and refresh processing is now a system-wide process that is run as a background process on the server. This refresh process is automatically scheduled to run on server startup, and then again based on the Alert refresh interval. This refresh interval can be modified through the Primavera Administrator utility.
