Primary SA And Sub SA Are Not Having The Same Status In CCB (Doc ID 1349094.1)

1. When a closed Primary SA (with its Sub SA in pending stop status) gets reactivated (due to its closing bill cancellation), its Sub SA remains in pending stop status.

2. When both the Sub SA and Primary SA are closed and then the closing bill segment is canceled, the Primary SA is reactivated but the Sub SA remains closed.

3. What situations might exist when the Primary SA and Sub SA are not having the same status?
