Symptoms

The refund of charges doesn't work properly when the purchase and the cancel of the product are done in one single transaction.

Reproduction Steps :

On Sep. 3rd, 2009, Create account for DOM 10
On Sep. 9th, 2009, do the following:
- open transaction
- purchase tailored rebate product by purchase_deal opcode
- trigger PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE to perform refund
- close transaction
