You encounter the following error while viewing E2B difference Report in E2B Pending screen:

Error message:
Case PHHY2011US58307 General Error while creating E2b report

Steps to Repeat:

1. Go to E2B Pending Screen
2. Select an E2B report and select duplicate search
3. Perform the duplicate search
4. Select a case from the results
5. Click on View Difference button
6. Observe that it displays the error
