MSS Crashes When Right Clicking In The Trouble Ticket Template Search Window (Doc ID 1349471.1)

Symptoms


On Order Management in Trouble Ticket Queue when a user clicks on 'Add New' MSS will load the 'Ticket Template Search' .Right click under the Results tab in 'Ticket Template Search' it generates an error.

Error Text = Invalid DataWindow row/column specified.
Window/Menu/Object = w_ticket_template_query_response.
Error Object/Control = dw_1.
Script = rbuttonup.
Line in Script = 12.
