In a Click-To-Dial Application: When Announcement Is Played On A party ICA Leg, ODisconnect Event Is Not Sent To AS.

In a click to dial application:

1. AS invite A party

2. When A party is answered, AS invite B party

3. If B party is busy, AS play announcement to A party.

4. If A party abandons during the announcement, the abandon event is not sent to the AS. So OCSB keeps sending reset timers.
