Symptoms

CMT ANArr elem attribute does not transform to account_nameinfo_t.rec_id field. The CMT process seems to just always start the rec_id field with the value of 1 regardless of what is set in the ANArr elem attribute.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ANArr record with "elem" attribute of 0 is transformed into account_nameinfo_t.rec_id 1 while ANArr record with "elem" attribute of 1 is transformed into account_nameinfo_t.rec_id of 2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ANArr record with "elem" attribute of 0 should be transformed into account_nameinfo_t.rec_id 0 while ANArr record with "elem" attribute of 1 should be transformed into account_nameinfo_t.rec_id of 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CMT file with 2 ANArr elements. Make the first elem attribute "0" and the second "1".
