Incorrect Amount Is Refunded When Deal Is Canceled On The Same Day Of Purchase (Doc ID 1350781.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect amount was refunded when added deal was canceled on the same day it was purchased.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create an account called PLAN 3-Month Consumer
2. Move to next day and run billing
3. Check the amount charged:
Activation fee = CAD29.99
Cycle Fee = CAD 44.97

4. Go to Products tab and add another PLAN 3-Month Consumer
5. Check the amount charged via the Event Browser:
Activation fee = CAD29.99
Cycle Fee = CAD29.64 (pro-rated)

6. Go to Products tab and cancel the newly added deal
7. Check the amount refunded via the Event Browser:
Activation fee = -CAD29.99
Cycle Fee = -CAD29.97 (full)
