OCSB PN: IMASF Corrupts Numbers Containing a Pound Sign (Doc ID 1350834.1)

In redirecting calls scenarios, when the contact header of 302 from AS contains a  # sign (pound) and the NOA is set to International (with a leading +) the IMASF corrupts the Number (sip URI user part).
