Purpose

This document will help troubleshoot configuration issues between P6 r8.x EPPM and BI Publisher and help to resolve the following error when clicking on the "Reports" tab in P6:

No data is available because your P6 user name is not valid for connecting to the reporting database. To resolve this issue, contact your administrator
