SS7 Point Code Changed to Status 0 (Unavailable) even the last message from SG was DAVA and all associations to specific SG stayed UP.

The Remote PC appears unavailable from OCSB side, shown as status 0 in Runtime Mbean and cannot be used as GT Entity in case Routing On GT is used.
