There are 16 usage records generated with respect to SMS. Out of 16 records, 2 SMS records have the item object and the other 14 are not pointing the item object. That is the reason the accounts are not at all shown in Customer Center.
Steps to reproduce
1. Create an account with SMS service and purchase a product for SMS rating.
2. Rate the events using AAA manager (through Diameter Pipeline AAA-Gw).
3. Use some testing simulators to pass the real time Diameter sessions to BRM AAA Manager.
4. Do both Authorization and Stop accounting and check how the events are getting recorded in BRM DB.
Ideally the Item POID should populate with each and every usage records and that what was happening before the 7.3.1 Roll-Up Patch. After Roll-Up patch, the Item POID is not getting populated, due to that it is failing rating and the same events will not be billed also.
