OIGA Report System Closing When Trying to Run Reports Error: GA Report System has stopped working OR Crystal Reports Message: Memory Full

When running reports on OIGA in Windows 7, the report system shuts down; it can happen at any time in the process.  Sometimes the report will run but when the report is closed the error is given and the report system shuts down, causing the user to have to restart the system if another report needs to be run. Other times it closes before the report can be generated.


Upgrading to Windows 7 can cause this issue to begin happening.
