Saving LDAP Configuration Throws Error "There is an exception occured during the search. Error Code:100. Job was canceled due to this error!" (Doc ID 1351610.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save LDAP server configuration, the following error occurs.

Error

There is an exception occurred during the search. Error Code:100 . Job was canceled due to this error!


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Java Client as Admin user, and goto Admin tab | Server Settings | LDAP node
  2. From the LDAP Configuration tab, click New LDAP
  3. Input the values in the fields, and OK
