Symptoms

While placing a disconnect order on a DSL service, the user is getting a "Multiple Router" issue while retrieving the activation report.

If the router details on the circuit have been modified for any of the previous issues, the activation report returns ALL the routers while pulling in the activation report, this will affect the activation process as the system tries to send details of NE's that have already been updated
