Radius Attribute Reply-Message Not Giving Response (Doc ID 1353068.1)

Symptoms

A business requirement is to send the reason for access-reject in radius attribute Reply-Message. So a customization is done in fm_term_pol.so and the message is coming in PCM_OP_TERM_POL_AUTHORIZE return flist. The Reply-Message attribute can be seen in cm.pinlog but this cannot be seen in rad_tester response.
