System Unable To Generate New Report If Acknowledgment Not Received For Initial (Doc ID 1353259.1)

Goal

The first sequentially scheduled report that is generated must be:

1. submitted with an acknowledgment received from the agency. The receipt of an acknowledgment populates the submit date and the status is changed to submitted. If the acknowledgment is not received the case will stay in a status of generated and a followup report cannot be generated.
OR
2. marked non-submit

before the system will generate the next follow-up report.

Sites who leave a report sitting in a scheduled state will prevent a follow-up report from generating. This can cause late reports if the pending report due dates are close together. It is imperative to either submit or pull reports in a timely manner in order to decrease the risk of late reports.
