On : 4.6.0 version, Procedure Definition/Generate

When attempting to generate a procedure, the submitted job return FAILURE,  no error message and no output file generated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OC
2. Define the procedure
3. Generate the procedure

The job returns FAILURE.
