Workflow To Download Ascp Plan To Demantra Not Working Under Version 220.127.116.11

Customer mentions that they have upgraded from 12.1.1 to 22.214.171.124
Their Demantra is 7.3.01 which was not upgraded recently
Their database is on 126.96.36.199.0, was not upgraded recently
Now post upgrade when they run the workflow to download ASCP Plan Data, the step APPS.MSD_DEM_SOP.LOAD_PLAN_DATA does not execute successfully.
There are no errors in the collaborator logs and no error presents itself when running the workflow. Process log shows completed successfully. The issue is that there are no results in the DM.SUPPLY_PLAN_DATA
As per customer the workflow was running fine prior to the upgrade
Also customer confirms that they have run the Update Synonym request post upgrade
