Random Failure To Process ACK Request In OCCAS 5.0 (Doc ID 1353419.1)

The application sends '200OK' for a SIP INVITE and SIP engine fails to process the ACK request returned.

In the previous OCCAS version (WLSS 3.1), the following patches fix this problem:
9728664_wlss310.jar, CR349288_wlss310.jar, CR344763_wlss310.jar, 9737776_wlss310.jar, CR321374_wlss310.jar, CR376027_wlss310.jar

The same fix is required to incorporated into OCCAS 5.0.
