Symptoms

Create a product with rateplan selector.Rateplan selector with only one row as Rateplan="*" and Impact Category="*".

Create a rateplan associated with rateplan selector with 2 balance impacts:
a. Currency impact 978 of 10 with impact category as "*".
b. Non currency impact 3000978 of 10 with impact category as "US_to_US".

Expected result is 2 balance impacts as:
a. 978 of amount = 10
b. 3000978 of amount = 10.

Actual Result is:
a. 978 of amount = 20

The result shows that rating is matching the impact categories only and merging both the impacts instead of showing them separately.
