Stopping A Component Using Pin_ctl With Dependency On Other Components (Doc ID 1353585.1)

Goal

In pin_ctl configuration we have configured that the EAI_JS process depend on CM process. When using pin_ctl util to stop CM component EAI_JS is not stopped.

Steps to Reproduce :
  1. Configure component (EAI_JS) and set that it depend on another one (for example CM).
    Ex : "3 eai_js:java->cm"
  2. Stop CM component. EAI_JS will be not stopped before CM.

Expected result :
EAI_JS which depend from stopped component (CM) should be stopped first.

Actual result :
Only CM is stopped.
