Getting an Exception Error When Saving Report Types in Argus Console in Argus Safety 6.0.2 release (Doc ID 1354067.1)

Getting the following error when adding a new report type in the Argus Console -> Codelist -> Report Type and saving it:

"Following exception has occurred:
    Database error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator."

Steps to Repeat:
1. Log into Argus Safety
2. Go to Argus Console -> Codelist -> Report Type
3. Click on Add New button
4. Enter data in required fields (Report Type and Abbreviation)
5. Click on Save
6. Observe that system throws an exception error
7. It is writing the following error in the error log:
