Symptoms

When attempting to setup APS instances, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063



STEPS:
1. Advanced Planning Administrator Responsibility
2. Nav: Admin - > Instances
Enter Instance Information for a single-instance setup > Save
Error: FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

On another cloned instance, the error appears when accessing Organizations
1. Advanced Planning Administrator Responsibility
2. Nav: Admin - > Instances
Enter Instance Information for a single-instance setup > Save
3. Click on Organizations
Error: FRM-40735: PRE-BLOCK trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
