When Run In Detailed Mode, the pin_ledger_report Utility Runs For A Long Time And Errors Out (Doc ID 1354594.1)

On BRM 7.3.1 version, General Ledger (GL).

When run in detailed mode, pin_ledger_report utility runs for a long time and errors out.

When pin_ledger_report utility is run in detailed mode it runs for a long time in production environment. When checking the dm_oracle.pinlog, we see the following ORA-04088 error:

Steps to Reproduce
Run the pin_ ledger_report utiity in unbilled_earned mode as
pin_ledger_report -mode run_report -start 12/10/2010 -end 12/15/2010 -type unbilled_earned -detail
