Problem with Load Analysis Service on 64 bit Operating System (Doc ID 1354717.1)

After installing Load Analysis on a 64-bit Operating System, the service starts but the workstation GUI is unable to connect.


This problem occurs after installing Load Analysis on a 64bit server.
