When attempting to run Data Collections, the following error occurs in Create INV Snapshots

ERROR

ORA-20001: Snapshot Creation on MTL_RELATED_ITEMS failed : ORA-20000: Unable to analyze TABLE "APPS"."MTL_ITEM_RELATIONSHIPS_SN ", insufficient privileges or does not exist


STEPS

1. Advanced Planning Administrator Responsibility
2. Nav: Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collection
3. Notice Create INV Snapshots completes with error
