ORA-01403 No Data Found Error In RDC Classic When Site Is Not Specified For Studies With Large Sites/Patients (Doc ID 1356022.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a study which has a large number of sites and/or patients in RDC Classic, if the site number is not specified, the following errors are presented and no data is returned:

ERRORS
----------
ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

-- Steps to Reproduce --

1. Log-in to RDC Classic
2. Chose Study
3. Leave Default for all Sites
4. After several seconds receive error - ORA-01403: no data found
4. Select OK
5. No data returned in grid
6. Select Search from search and select a specific site
7. Data for Site is returned
