Goal

For an account migrated by CMT, all services defined in the XML file with bal_grp attribute set to "true", each service would be created and linked to a diferent balance group.

How can we associate each balance group to a diferent billinfo. Until now, we created two billinginfo and two balance groups, each service being linked to diferent balance groups, but the issue is that on the Billinfo a reference is created to a balance group only
