Socketexception When Wrong SSU SIP IP Address is Configured (Doc ID 1356786.1)

Symptoms

The SSU log contains a SocketException for all the OPTIONS messages it tries to send to AS as heartbeat. The OPTIONS is not sent.
The exception is:
oracle.axia.wcp.sip.engine.connector.proxy.ProxyManagerImpl.sendMessage:459 - java.net.SocketException: Invalid argument
