Problem Starting Request Queue (RQ) on IBM UNIX Server (Doc ID 135690.1)

Symptoms

The OFSA 4.5 server-side software has been successfully installed on an IBM AIX box.  Now trying to start Request Queue (RQ) by following the steps in chapter 20 of the 4.5 Installation and Configuration Guide.
When running the rq script (rq <db alias>), following error occurs:

Could not load program ./ofsrq:
Dependent module libdbmem.a(libdbmem.o) could
not be loaded.
Could not load module libdbmem.a(libdbmem.o).
Error was: No such file or directory

Changes

Upgrade to 4.5
